3/1/2024 0 Comments Walmart package trackingWalmart is an American multinational corporation that runs a chain of discount department stores, hypermarkets, and grocery stores across the globe. The company achieves this by helping people live better and renew the planet while making a community that brings people together. Too bad, it would have been a nice platform to keep selling from but they have to fix the "LAD" problem.Walmart aims to build a better world for everyone. I could look the other way when it happened occasionally but it's killing our profit margin with them and it's just getting ridiculous now. It's reprehensible behavior on Walmart's part and I'm not going to be a party to it anymore and allow us to be subjected to it any longer. Dispute and all you will get is a scripted insulting response to check with the carrier. Confirmed delivery tracking is meaningless to them. ![]() The word is out, the easy scam is to order from Walmart and claim non-delivery and Walmart will always refund the customer by stealing funds back from their sellers. Over 10% of sales result in "LAD" claims now, less than 1% on Ebay. Walmart is just aiding and abetting scammers at this point. It's getting out of hand, the "Lost after Delivery" claims are increasingly pouring in. ![]() I'm done with Walmart, we're zeroing out our inventory. Anyway, just wanted to kind of vent on this abusive Walmart policy and make sure it's out their and known to all the hard working Walmart sellers, they really need to be made aware of this repulsive & detestable Walmart seller policy. I doubt they would find a lot of sympathy in a courtroom. I haven't perused the user agreement in detail and maybe buried somewhere in it they have a legal out on this to implement this abusive practice on their sellers but I want the satisfaction of at least embarrassing them and forcing them to explain their position to a judge. Every one of these cases I have confirmed tracking showing it appears the item was delivered to the customer. I've been keeping a log of the all of these cases and at some point in time I want to take Walmart to small claims court on all of these cases. They will also encourage you in their denial of claim email to go waste your time by discussing the "lost" package with your carrier. ![]() BTW, when you open the dispute they will also require you to upload a picture of the item "received". It's a total waste of time to dispute these cases, you will just get a probably automated reply containing the language that it may have been lost after delivery. We've been selling on Walmart for about a year and half and don't have any major complaints about them other than this sickening policy. EVERY SALE that is made on their platform by a seller is subject to having the seller's hard earned funds literally stolen from them by dishonest buyers and Walmart is clearly aiding and abetting these potential and actual thefts of seller funds from its sellers. Basically it should be made clear to Walmart sellers that under this abusive refund system and policy implemented by Walmart and is executing on its sellers that ZERO seller protection really exists for them. This egregiously abhorrent policy inflicted on its sellers by Walmart is just wrong and needs to really be addressed and talked about in my view. This ludicrous position taken by Walmart sinks so low in seller abuse that even Ebay, Amazon & Paypal (or the CC companies) wouldn't steal its seller funds with such a laughable reason. ![]() That's a new bar in meeting seller expectations to be sure. "the item/package was lost after the delivery OR the package was lost in transit." Since the tracking shows an item reached the customer presumably then Walmart is taking the stand that the customer may have lost the seller's item AFTER it was delivered to them. Using Walmart's own language if you try to dispute such a claim. So basically any sale you make on their platform is at risk by a customer to simply lie and say they didn't receive it and Walmart will always refund them regardless of what tracking may show. For any Walmart sellers blissful enough not to have experienced a Lost "After" Delivery claim by one of their customers it basically means that even though the tracking you have provided shows delivery to the customer Walmart ignores that information and automatically refunds the customer.
